"I have a big head, will your hats fit me?"
Now they might! Try our new Size Large hats. They are made from a beautifully brushed soft cotton and have the same sexy brim and sweat catching elastic band.
"Do you take returns or exchanges?"
Sometimes you get something and it's just not quite what you expect. I do take returns or exchanges on all pre-made hats. You send it back to me, and i'll send you another or refund your money (minus s&h).
As for custom hats... it depends. If I have made a blatant mistake with your design- then by all means, I'll send you a replacement. Otherwise, if it's a design of your making- it's yours to keep.
"Will you sponsor My alleycat?"
I'm a big fan and a tiny little business. I offer discounts to those of you on the noble path of alleycat planning. Go ahead and ask me... we'll make a deal. Maybe if I'm feeling wealthy I'll send you a hat!
"Do you do bulk orders?"
I do offer discounts for orders of ten or more. Feel free to email me and I'll send you the price list.
"Hey! Yesterday there was a cool hat for sale, now it's gone!"

"Are you going to steal my credit card?"
Nope. We never even see your credit card, PayPal handles all the details.
